Pesto is a beautiful female Dalmatian, 5 years old, who has had a bit of bad luck in her former home. She and her husky sister just could not get along. The constant "crate and rotate" way of life was not good for Pesto or the rest of the family. In the shelter, Pesto was very shut down for a few weeks until the staff started allowing her to visit in the office a good portion of the day. She bonded well with both the men and the women who worked there and enjoyed walks outside. She was accepting of people coming and going in a busy workday. Pesto is very affectionate and loves cuddles and pets. Pesto's ideal home will be with one male dog of similar size (no females) or as an only dog and older children.
